Factor Influencing customer satisfaction of online shopping of FMCG goods

This project is based on academic course "Business research method" project that i realize i will publish this research paper . and currently working on it. it has completed mostly 80% and the abstract is given below. The emergent usage of internet in this modern era provides a rising prospect for online shopping. Now it has become one of the common approaches for business and customer to have trade over the internet. Thus the research has been undertaken to analyze the factors influencing customer’s online shopping decision on purchasing of FMCG products and how these factors affect customer satisfaction. The study focuses on factors which customers keep in mind while buying products online. Descriptive research design has been used for the study. The model was developed indicating customer satisfaction towards online shopping and the factors that influence the customer satisfaction. This research adopted survey by questionnaire approach. Questionnaires have been distributed among general public including student at the university who experienced at least one online shopping in the last year. Findings of this research will provide a measure to customer satisfaction and online shopping decision. Hypotheses have been tested empirically with the help of SPSS and the results are significant. The results of this study will be of additional use to business which is looking to develop into online shopping environment. For the statically testing of independent and dependent variable by spss.
