Major Responsibilities:
• To handle maintenance of beverage equipment’s, machineries especially of Can unit.
• Analyzed current processes to design improvement plans.
• Documented repair and maintenance work for plant lines.
• Carrying out repair and preventive maintenance activities according to defined schedules to maximize equipment availability.
• Filler machine & Seamer/Sealer machine
• Ammonia compressor
• RO plant & Waste water treatment plant
• De-palletizer & Packing Machine
• Making and providing of the maintenance department activity report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To perform CIP (cleaning in plant) function.
• To undertake any other duties delegated by the Senior Maintenance Officer.
• Task: Remove taste of Power full drink in filler machine.
• Investigated the consistencies breakdown of particular parts and units.
• To repair ammonia compressor equipment, condenser, evaporator, compressor head, and venture tube.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of RO plant, waste water treatment plant and maintenance procedures.
• Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures & plant operational requirements.
• Planning of preventive maintenance works for smooth operation of the plants.
• Ensure in time availability of spare parts and forecast future requirements to reduce time to repair and cost.
• Monitoring and reporting of all maintenance activities to manager through proper channel (emails, monthly report)
• Operational & troubleshooting sound knowledge.
