MPCA Project Duties Under the direct supervision of the Area Base Coordinator, and the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Programme Coordinator, responsible for supporting IOM Pakistan’s Humanitarian Programme MPCA (Multi purpose cash Assestment) for Afghan Migrants by administering assessments and surveys through home visits, phone calls and recording data into the system and monitoring the cash distribution process at relevant distribution centers.Individual livelihood Duties
 Conducted needs assessment / base line / surveys for data collection in the defined project areas.
Identification and registration of Afghan and host community beneficiary according to set criteria for Business develop trainings and enterprise support and livelihood Activities
 Technical feasibility for physical infrastructure schemes and verification of beneficiaries.
 Responsible for registrations of Livelihoods beneficiaries ensuring that beneficiary documentation is correctly captured and filed. 
Monitoring of trainings and business plan develop by the service provider.
 Conduct regular field visits with 80% time in field and 20% for reporting.

3rd Party monitoring for the government Project i.e Measles and Rubella campaign. During this project, my responsibilities were to frequent visits to BHUs, CDs, and RHU of multiple union councils, to monitor the Field session and empowering the staff. Proper reporting was made on daily basis upon completion of the site visit.

Facebook in collaboration with Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi have taken an initiate named \'We Think Digital\' for the capacity building of academia of Pakistan. Responsibility given to me in this project is to train teachers, students and youth volunteers of District Peshawar regarding Digital Citizenship and Online Safety.
