Im an IT graduate from GCU, Faisalabad. I went for computers because I have a passion for
software design, devising algorithms and program logic. During my studies, Ive been able to learn

Hospital Management System (Government General Hospital Faisalabad)
Hospital management systems will be deployed in Government General Hospital Faisalabad. It
comprises of features to manage every department in the hospital. Multiple modules like OPD, IPD,
Emergency, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Services and Establishment Branch are built to fulfill the
requirements.
My Role I worked on OPD, Diagnostic Services and Establishment Branch modules which I
designed and developed in PHP using OOP concepts. OPD and Establishment Branch manage
Patients and Employees also generate different Reports. Designed robust database using MySQL
and applied database design concepts like indexing and normalization.
Tools and Technologies PHP, MySQL, Ajax, jQuery, JavaScript, Sublime Text 3, Xampp Server,
HTML and Bootstrap.
