Manage office supplies, stationary items, kitchen items and reorder accordingly
Maintain and update company databases
Update and implement office policies as needed
Responsible for Payroll, dispatching employees’ salaries and compiling the concerned docs
Staff Management including office staff and on-site external labours during on-going site projects, answering their queries and completing their demands

Preparing Visa Docs(Invitation Letter, CCI recommendation letter, bank statements, NTN etc.) for CEO as well as for our foreign partners and dealers
Managing supply chain ( Receive demand from customers >Get prices from vendors>Prepare price comparison sheet>Negotiate and finalize suitable rate>Send Purchases order to Vendor>Convey Customer about the estimated time of delivery> Receive and deliver demand)
Visiting Banks and Cargo centres, for cooperate deals
Publish and remove job ads
Social media digital marketing management via Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, website, Facebook ADs, Google my Business etc.  
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
