I engr. Irfan ullah khan (RegCivil/37055) completed my BSc civil Engineering in July 2014 having Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council higher education commission of Pakistan.
I have wide experience in building (schools, Hospitals, BHU, Banks), roads, wash projects, working at government Projects, NGOS, INGOS etc.
Having the ability to Prepare and provide technical documents like technical feasibility, Need Assessment document designs, drawings, BOQs and estimates etc.
Inspect all WASH Infrastructure and provide certification reports, Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documens.
Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Plan the work and efficiently organize the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site Labor force and the work of any contractors.
Communicate with clients and their representatives checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Making progress report and invoice liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws Calculate cost, time, and labor requirements for the project.
Expert in hiring of the local contractor for construction purpose of any type.
Preparing technical TORs required for announcing tender/quotations, evaluation of the quotations, being a part of the interview panel for selection of the contactor and in agreement signing with the contractor.
Manage the overall project activities as per project schedule time cost.
