Conduct forecasting analysis to gauge and measure the impact of forecasting accuracy
Instrumental in achieving the Stocks availability Targets and ensuring Product availability on budgeted Target of 95 all the time.
Work on branch/Product level in detail for dead and excess stocks and settle dead stocks and excess ones by re-distribution/Calling back stock to CWH
Developing Planogram for the in-store merchandising of products
Visual merchandising of consumer area as per Planogram.

Material management and material resource planning & forecasting
Maintaining In-hand stock levels for the materials as per the forecast
Supplier evaluation and selection (building supplier base as contingencies)
Pricing negotiations with vendors and ensuring delivery lead times as per RMS
Invoice Vs. PO audit and settlement of payments for the vendors
Manual reporting for orders fulfilment and related business volumes

Assist merchandising manager in planning, development and post order placement activities.
Co-ordination directly with stores regarding in house raw material and Allocation/ issuance of inventory against specific GT number.
Sourcing of imported trims from approved vendors across the globe for sampling and ensuring the landing of products lead time in-house
Periodic inventory recording.
Approval of trims, graphics/colors and material as per customer specified guidelines.
Sample assessments with sampling production and QA team.
Attend weekly meeting with all business units to review trends, issues and initiatives
