• To generate Quality Defect Report (QDR) after receiving rejection from customer
• To maintain annual report according to ISO standard
• To deal with the customer visits in case of quality issues
• To represent Quality department in the team for in-house audit of the company
• To evaluate problem solving method in case of any complain from customer
• To assure completion of production targets within time and on time delivery to customer
