■ Identifying & Sourcing Raw materials as per the requirement of project data sheet & Client requirement.
■ Receiving quotations, evaluation, and preparation of comparative statements and end-to-end tracking
■ Negotiation with suppliers for cost and time involved in procurement of materials & Getting Approvals from the Management
■ Follow-up with the supplier to ensure timely delivery and right quality & ensure clearance of procuring.
■ Interact with other departments like Store, Projects, Logistics & Managing Finance and QA/QC Etc...
■ To meet the emergency requirements if any with the justified manner.
■ Preparing & updating the weekly Material Report on a Weekly & monthly basis, which shows the percentage of materials used throughout the Project Cycle.
Prepare weekly report & sending to projects and other concern debts.
Purchase Order amendments for procurement and store.
Following up for Shipment Clearance from the logistic dept.
Following up with QC - dept. for Inspection and provide Mill Test Certificates.
Coordinate with other officers to documentation for submitting finance and ETC.
Provide extra reports other the regular to Projects.
Receive and submit invoices with GRN to Finance Department & submitting other required documents. Documentation & Filling.
Short Close PO\'s those items supplier will not ship either cut from -/+ tolerance.
Making internal packing list for the consumable dept. under RM procurement POs.
