Job Responsibilities Include:
Review of Bank Reconciliations.
Parties Payable and Receivable Area.
Third party stock confirmations including overseas stocks (Dubai, Africa).
Payroll Payable.
Co-ordinate to bankers for receipts & payments.
Assist to Manager Finance in finalization of Company Accounts.
Assist the top management in strategic & financial decision making.
Co-ordination with Debtors, Creditors & Bankers.
Liaison with banks representatives for cheque clearance matters, import matters & foreign remittances.
Monitor inflows & outflows of cash of company.
Monitor pending documents and ensure its completion.
Maintain all records to audit ready standards.
Delivers ordinary HR services, such as preparing monthly state of presence and maintain leaves record of employee’s.
Junior Accountant
Job Responsibilities Include:
Bank Reconcilations.
Prepare Cash, Bank, Journal Vouchers & Invoices.
Posting Vouchers & Invoices into software.
Daily & Weekly transactions reports of Cash & Bank.
Co-ordinate to Bankers for receipts & payments on daily basis.
Co-ordinate to clearing agent for import matters.
Assist to Manager Finance in finalization of Company Accounts.
Weekly or Month Wise Bank Reconciliation.
Maintain Cash Book & Bank Book.
Petty Cash management.
Payroll Payable.
Maintain all records to audit ready standards.
