概要

Dedicated (E & I) Electrical & Instrumentation  engineer having  more than 16  years of broad-spectrum experience in high profile industries mostly well reputed textile industries of  Karachi , Pakistan namely, Shabbir Industries, Pakistan Metal Industries, Naveena Group of Industries, Gul Ahmed (Pvt) Ltd, Soorty Enterprises (Denim Division), Mekotex (Pvt)Ltd., Liberty Mills ( Pvt ) Ltd.

Key Responsbilities:

§  Keeping system operational by managing , maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance

§  Execute preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the plant Machinery.

§  Looking after every technical work  done in plant  as  :

Any machine erection ( Installation , electrical distribution , Cables laying, instrumentation installation and its control loop checking according to drawing with under guidance from out coming engineer and as make overall correspondence till project completed.

§  Responsible for inventory Controlling of critical electrical /Electronic equipment, Spare parts local as well as imported.

§  Coordination with other departmental heads to ensure the smooth processing of the operations and timely Completion of the projects.

§  Keep in record and reparation of weekly & monthly reports about the daily Operations and running Projects .

§  Looking after  Electronic lab. Overall technical as well managerial issues as repairing control cards, parts  indent and issuance, as well inventory control of overall electronic cards and parts used for plant machinery.

Calibration  of process instruments  installed machinery

§  Keeping a crow eye for machines repeated faults and finding proper root cause and arrange to solve that repeated trouble on  first priority base  to minimize more production loss.
