I am a technical person as well as all-rounder i.e I have knowledge of electronic, electrical off-course information technology. I have working experience of about 4 years in two different organizations. In my short career, I deal with IT help desk maintain the rate of 90 on spot resolution of the general level to medium level issues i.e hardware, software, viruses, operating system, network, etc. I am able to plan for new deployment and prepare the infrastructure and other requirements detail. I am always ready to learn and explore new technologies. Work in a team is my ideal working environment.

VTI offers IT Technician course of 14 months
In this course, we cover from basics to intermediate level, in which we provide the students, the deep knowledge of computer hardware, intro to motherboard components, their functionality. Troubleshooting of different issues/problems. When the training completes the basics, administration level begins. In this level, students deal with the configuration of different versions of windows desktop/ Server. In Server OS, student covers different roles & features i.e DNS, DHCP, IIS, VPN, Win Deployment Services, Update Services etc. In the security domain, we offer some more Microsoft tools like Threat management Gateway etc.
My responsibilities are to provide practical demos to the student and made their skills hands-on. Prepare practical test to assess the trainee performance. Ratio between theory and practical is 2:8.
