Manage and monitor all Engineering functions of Generator, Compressors, Boilers repair/maintenance activities of including all machinery/equipments and HVAC system.

Develop preventive maintenance plan of entire machinery of plant and ensure implementation of established PM schedule.
Manage and monitor all Engineering functions including in-house/outsource repair/maintenance activities of all machinery/equipments and HVAC system. Responsible to develop technical & engineering SOPs for Engineering & Production related staff and ensure implementation of all established procedures and policies particularly in the pharma industry. Provide directions and technical support to make quick decisions and efficient environment for new development projects related to machinery & Infrastructure by preparing BOM, BOQs, complete feasibility analysis and budgeting, also tracking progress of given tasks meeting with assigned participants. Develop preventive maintenance plan of entire machinery of plant and ensure implementation of established PM schedule.
• To lead the maintenance and operational activities providing reactive & proactive multi skilled maintenance & Operational services to ensure the smooth functioning of productivity through machinery & equipments being used to produce products and keeping run on their maximum efficiency and output by minimizing breakdowns.
• Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance schedules plans for Electrical/Mechanical maintenance and oversee the adherence of timely completion of all maintenance & operational activities being carried out to mitigate expected operational breakdowns of entire machinery of the plant.
• Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities & planning for advance maintenance principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes/modifications to resolve system and equipment malfunctioning proactively and in a cost effective manner to improve quality & quantity of product within available resources.
• Perform erection & commissioning of new machinery and projects and develop operational SOPs for production staff as well as EMIs (Engineering maintenance Instructions) for technical staff for safe handling and reliability of machinery & equipments also perform periodic visits of field to cascade operational Instructions and quality/quantity of product.
• To manage the departmental KPIs on best technical practices and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the routine electrical/mechanical maintenance assignments.
• Perform administrative assessment of individual performance and conduct of subordinate staff in accordance with company’s policy & procedures to improve individual capability and performance of staff for good command & control.
• Perform Breakdown & Risk assessment analysis and submit monthly report of Operation/Maintenance activities and Orders completion status to the General Manager.

2. Perform troubleshooting of PLC & DCS based industrial machinery.
3. Perform Electronic Cards repairing.
4. Troubleshooting & Designing of Complex automation circuit consists of PLC, VFD, Encoders, Photoelectric Sensors, PID controllers, Flow transmitters, Thermocouples, Pressure Switches, Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydralic Presses and proportional valves.
