Engine Room Operator
Prepare, operate and manipulate the generating units & other plant auxiliaries as per relevant SOPs and Co-ordinates with Shift Engineer and other Shift members during Plant operation.
Monitor all parameters related with generating units & other plant auxiliaries as per relevant SOPs and maintains the Log Sheets. Also Record all shift activities in Log Books.
Inform Shift Engineer regarding abnormalities takes corrective measures and assists him in troubleshooting.
Perform isolation of the generating units & other plant equipments for maintenance work and checks the availability of the unit after maintenance.
Perform routine minor mechanical maintenance / servicing activities during shift.
Perform tasks & assignments, whenever and as required by the management
Assist Mechanical Maintenance during Major Overhaul, if required.
