I’ve done my thesis project with Reefland to improvise the assortment mix of its women footwear range. To improvise its assortment mix I’ve conducted a market research and identified those factors that are responsible for the decline in sales. Besides that, I suggested new strategies and promotional campaigns to Reefland in order to achieve its main objective to increase sales as well as brand awareness During my thesis, I started working with Reefland. The company liked my feasibility report as well as strategies, so they started implementing strategies. They reworked their Logo & repositioned the brand. Currently, I’m working as a head merchandiser at Reefland for footwear (men, women) and accessories categories. Besides that, I’m working on their window display as well. Other than that I worked on Social media, Magazine Schedule & Calendar.
