• Ensuring smooth operations in line with strategic targets• Track and report problems that are faced by the store operations team on daily metrics.• Ensuring orders are being dispatched from the retail sites consistently and timely and picked and packed by the store operations team in the company’s given target time.• Partnering with the Delivery Operations team to execute rider onboarding and performance management.• Looking after rider\'s issues which they are facing on the route and with the customer’s order.• Looking after warehouse infrastructure and timely reporting to the infrastructure team if there needs to be an improvement in the warehouse.• Looking after the warehouse supplies and ensuring that the procurement demand is maintained on time.• Partnering up with the other warehouse’s operations lead weekly to exchange ideas for better order accuracy and better warehouse performance.• Partnering up with the vendors and decentralized team to ensure the better quality products are delivered to the customers.• Looking after customer complaints with the support of the Customer Support department and solving their complaints on time.
