Report to Production Manager and Directors.
Execute plan on production floor.
Make changes in production plan to achieve production targets.
Set daily, weekly and monthly production targets for the supervisors.
Reduce wastages (time and material) to make process efficient.
Manage and utilize workforce at their maximum competence level.
Investigate all the issues related to the process and find root cause to avoid in future.
Conduct meetings to discuss daily & monthly reports (production, dispatch and wastages) with manager and directors.
To conduct party approvals and online on machines by coordinating with marketing team.
To check inks, solvents and films stocks and highlight if any material is required in priority.
To keep used ink stock at minimum level.
To ensure cleanliness of plant throughout the process. 
Schedule maintenance on all machines.

Reporting to Deputy Manager and Production Manager.
Responsible to maintain smooth Production Process from Production Process line to Product dispatch.
Investigate problems, analyse root causes and derive resolutions.
Responsible for Implementation of 5S and Kaizen.
Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Report process activity to management by monitoring and analysing the whole process of gravure printing.
Take part in the logistics planning and or contracting for raw materials, WIP and finished product.
To minimize waste generation through assurance of controlled processes.
