1.     Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles
2.     Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
3.     Oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
4.     Manage the preparation of the official annual financial statements of actual revenues, transfers and expenses.
5.     Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordination with the CFO.
6.     Ensure that the company are continuously keeping sufficient funds to fulfill its financial obligation by preparing monthly cash flow forecast. Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measure to remedy variances.
7.     Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department\'s goals and objectives.

1. Analyzing financial status by monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions.
2. Identifying monthly financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
3. Recommending actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
4. Assisting Director Finance in setting up a new ceramic tiles plant (Ghani Ceramics Limited) by monitoring various activities and coordinating with relevant persons for timely completion of the project.
5. Performing various special tasks as assigned by Director Finance.

Performance of audit planning, risk assessment, development, and execution of substantive & analytical audit procedures. SWOT analysis and financial & non-financial review of the entity and its environment
Performing risk assessments and managing and supervising teams of 5 to 12 junior team members.
Compiling and presenting audit findings
Supervision, review, and finalization of annual and limited scope assurance engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
