Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import steps and procedures. Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
Serves as a liaison between agents, brokers, banks, shippers, and accounts and supply chain department.
Oversees preparation of documents such as letters of credit, bank contracts, NOC, and other correspondence; coordinates other paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with tariffs and customs regulations.
Receiving shipments in a system with correct valuation.
Prepare and post landed costs in a system with correct valuation.
Record vendor bills and payments in a system.
Maintain a complete record of all import-related transactions.
Deals with engineering development board (EDB) for timely availability of quota for incoming shipments.

Handling all import related activities such as quotations, costing, shipments, clearance and payments.
Plans and oversees the flow of goods from international & Local traffic.
Calculates duties and tariffs of products being imported.
Serves as a liaison between agents, brokers, banks, shippers, and production facilities.
Oversees preparation of documents such as letters of credit, bank contracts, NOC’s and other correspondence; coordinates other paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with tariffs and customs regulations.
Expedites shipping of goods into the country to fulfill production needs.
Resolves customs delays.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for timely and quality communication with suppliers.
Responsible for sourcing, Analyzing, Evaluating and decision making for ideal vendors for the organization.
Handling all commercial activities from supplier end to customer end.
Managing shipments, customer’s queries to drive business and maintain good customer relationships.
Prompt feedback to customers to maintain the relationship long lasting.
