Planning Engineer
Overall detail planning & implementation of project activities including schedule of work as per priorities of client and present schedules of one week & three week look ahead to plan.
Prepare of technical queries and clarify fromconsultant/client.
Monitor progress throughout the construction process and comparing with the project schedule of work.
Preparation of reports daily, weekly and monthly progress and represent to client on weeklybasis.
Prepare work methodology for execution and fabricationactivities.
Preparing outsource and on site packages for sub-contractor.
Raise the running and milestone invoices as per contract documents and verification of invoices from site andclient/Customer.
Estimate all required resources (Equipment, Manpower and Material) to complete the project within planned budget.
Prepared Material Requirement Plan (MRP) and coordinated with procurement department and execution, tracked material as perrequirement.
Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues and suggest remedial action.
Liaises with all team members to communicate required completion dates and interface between operational team and project team.
Proactively develop a HSE culture of continuous improvement and coordinate with the fellow safety engineers, HSE officers, managers and directors on all relevant HSE issues.
