Technical Responsibilities

Keeping all the technical infrastructures in best working shape to meet round the clock working requirements. This Includes
• Maintaining various kinds of servers and relative software applications for raw data fetching, mediation and
storage.
• Monitoring media links from several Telecom entities.
• Network administration and maintenance.
• Data center Administration

Coordination Responsibilities

• Project Coordinator: Worked as a project coordinator with different Telecom companies for implementation and
commissioning of latest Defence related telecommunication systems.
• Equipment Evaluation: Worked as team member in evaluation and technical recommendation committee which
was responsible for evaluating Defence related telecommunication equipment. Team member in amending
contract and signing of PAT, FAT ad SAT for the products which were shortlisted.
• Preparation of BOQ: Supported higher management in preparation of BOQs and RFP.
• License Dimensioning: Manage relationships with CMOs, PTA and vendors to ensure equipment and services
procured and installation meet requirements and specifications according to license conditions.
• Staff Training: Day to day Training and capacity building of staff present on site on standard procedures to be
followed daily for system maintenance.
• VAS Evaluation and NOC processing: Technical evaluation of all Value Added Services (VAS) launched by CMOS and
processing NOCs for the recommended ones.
• Complaints Handling: Receiving complaints from end users and performing fault rectification while liaison with
equipment vendor for various issues regarding technical surveillance.
• Technical letters and email writing to various setups within the organization, Telecom and Vendor companies.
