Deputy Management Representative
* Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Management System (QMS), BRC standard for Packaging Industry, Halal Food Management system & FSC Chain of Custody System in the organization.
* Promote awareness of customer requirements (mainly Unilever) throughout the organization with the assistance of Directors and MR.
* Manage HSE checks, Implementation of “5s” and Inspection of fire related equipment such as Fire extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Emergency Light, Smoke detectors as per set frequency.
* Investigate and Prepare non-conforming reports (CAPA Management) for internal as well as for suppliers and customers.
* Lead HARA team for effective assessment and preventive controls of risks relevant to HSE, QMS and Food Safety as well.
* Assist MR to conduct internal audits and MRM for multiple standards as per schedule and plan.
* Manage and Conduct Employee Training & Development programs based on QMS, EMS, Social, OH&S, Workers Welfare as per schedule and plan. Review of conducted training and finalize evaluation reports.
* Handle Disciplinary Actions and create safe work environment as per company policy.
Compliance Incharge
* Maintain Overall social & HSE guidelines, procedures and policies.
* Assist HR Manager for recruitment & interviews, job listings, pay-scale and compensation updates
* To make sure the completion of HSE & Compliance documents as per planning, production in close collaboration with Dept. Head.
* Make proper records of corrective & preventive action record.
