·   To ensure that processes needed for Heath, Safety and Environment are established, implemented & maintain effectively.
·   To hold training sessions on HSE as per Training Need Analysis.
·   Investigate Incident to determine root cause and recommend corrective & preventive measures to prevent reoccurrence.
·   To conduct weekly Safety Inspection Reports and take necessary corrective action and prepare reports against each SIR.
·   Ensure & Follow up closure of observations and track action taken against SIRs.
·   Monitoring of environmental performance and analysis of reports submitted by independent environmental monitoring team.
·   To review EHS plans submitted by contractors.
·   To review JSA and HIRA of activities and review/ revise existing RA as per company’s policy.
·   To Analyse incident trend at Plants, infer results, give recommendations.
·   Review and update legal register on HSE and ensure periodic review of compliance against requirements by NEPRA.
·   Conduct, develop & document Tool Box Talks on different topics, at different sites.
·   Periodic electrical & PTW inspections & Audit as per company SOP.
To conduct PSSR of projects

Ensure production lines run smoothly.
Ensure all SOP\'s are followed.
Look out for abnormalities and suggest solutions.
Prepare 4M1E of top defects.

  Focus on cleanliness of area, hygiene, attendance of associates, tracking and monitoring of activities.
  To assist Manager in review of QHSE Systems, take necessary corrective action and prepare reports for each review.
  To highlight/ identify HSE related problems to Manager that require immediate corrective action.
  Responsible to reduce production waste.
  Responsible for managing Archiving, QHSE documentation, records regarding SOPs, Trainings, line records.
  To undertake impact/ risk assessment of any new activity added in production
  To hold training sessions related to HSE and orientation of new employees whenever required.
  Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirement.
