Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Efficiently administering HR department by managing employee’s personnel records and maintaining employees database i.e., employment contracts, joining reports with background checks, qualification and skills
Conscientiously creating and circulating documents about policies, internal memorandums, collecting payroll information including leaves and overtime, ledgers and bank accounts to ensure consistency of records
Diligently preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, responding to employee’s HR-related issues, developing internal audits with management and training schedule to maximize performance and satisfaction
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Competently identified scope and sequence of learning and development through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers; designed and extended training and development programs based on required post-approval assessments and requirements from all stakeholder
Effectively concluded specific training problems with trainer and manager, on one-to-one basis and in groups; researched new technologies, methodologies and developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending meetings and courses pertaining to workplace learning
Meticulously conducted annual appraisals after amendment and revision and evaluation programs as necessary, in alignment with changes in work environment and employees development
Different Tasks are:
1) Data entry

5) Marketing support work
6) Other daily routine work ( scanning, printing etc)
