Progressive experience managing Production, Quality and Safety for large Hot Dip Galvanizing Line of 250,000MT.br/Responsible for all types of reports prepared by GP production dept. such as Zinc reports, Delay reports, Downtime & production reports.br/Handling all issues related to Gas plant (N2H2) plant and R.O plant.br/Responsible for availability of raw material CR Coils at entry section ZINC consumables & other Such as Aluminum, Tin, antimony alloy, chromate, logos and stickers, Packing strips etc. & reporting regarding production, planning changes, diversions & all other issues at the end of all working shifts.br/Responsible for setting Furnace parameters planning given in the shift.br/Strong supervisor, able to train and motivate teams to peak performance.
