• Daily Safety inspection of the site to identify the hazards, safe condition and act.
• Maintaining HSE Manuals, Register & Safety records.
• Prepare JSA.
• Conduct Risk Assessment.
• Incident investigation.
• Ensure all the lifting Equipment, tools and tackle are inspected and checked.
• Keep records of all accident/incident or Nearmiss.
• Prepare and Maintain weekly inspection report of health and safety risk and give Recommendation.
• Attending Weekly higher management Safety meeting and update them with current safety progress.
• Conduct orientation session of new Employees / contractor workers/ visitors and aware them with high Level Safety Rules.
• Analyze and report to SEPA of testing of ambient air quality, process emissions, illumination, noise, temperature, Automobile emissions, and WWTP effluent.
• Organize Daily Tool Box Meeting prior to job.
• Conduct Safety workshop to improve safety awareness among staff.
• Provide the training to all employees on fire extinguishers.
• Preparation of Emergency Procedures.
• Knowledge about handling emergency situations, loss prevention and safety.
• Conduct Fire drills & Mock drills. Check all equipment’s and SOPs.
• Manage and control systems like sprinklers and smoke detector and fire engines.
• Inspection of site work for HSE compliance.
• To attend daily supervisory co-ordination meeting & raise the HSE issue & work clearance to issue permits.

• Commissioning of machines in packaging industries.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose the Error in Machines.
• Remotely handle the issues.
• Give proper training of Machine.
• Calibrate the instrument.
• To maintain SOP Documents and reports of testing machines.
• To take online training from China, Uk, Spain regarding the packaging testing machines.
