I have more than Five (05) years of liaison with Government, Community and Stakeholders, Planning, Field Management, Training Development, and Data Collection experience in the field of Education,EPI and Measles, Health, and Polio Campaign, and Community Outreach. Besides that planning, implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects remain part of my professional career. Report writing and Training of teachers, community members, and stakeholders is one of my excellent skills among others.
1. Evaluating team’s performance and addition of participant’s characteristics and their areas of interests in training material for the smooth implementation of content delivery.
2. Implement specified project activities in accordance with approved annual costed work plans jointly formulated with project beneficiaries.
3. Provide support to the National Monitoring Coordinator and other members of the PMU (Programme Monitoring Unit) based at National Level in Islamabad.
4. Monitoring field visits of field teams during process monitoring and Validation.
5. Identify, draft terms of reference and engage experts for support project monitoring activities.
6. Through proper communication channels, coordinating among all PMU staff including Internal Monitoring section, Field Section, Data section, Finance and Logistic Section & Training Section.
7. Support the preparation, finalization, adoption, and implementation of policies/strategies on PCM during debriefing.
8. Prepare and deliver all necessary financial and operational revisions and reports.
9. Coordinating all stakeholders at Monthly Debriefing Meeting and looking forward to resolve communication issues among different sections
1. Explaining the organization policies, guideline, rules and regulations to the Internal Field Monitors (IFM’s)
2. Training them in their field of work according to the requirements of the organization
3. Formulating and compiling handbooks of organization regulations and handing them out to new staff
4. Explain to the new recruits the correct use of organization equipment and facilities
5. Train the staff in on ODK (Open data kit) application.
6. Encourage staff to work to their optimum efficiency
7. Keep a record of every employee in the organization in conjunction with the HR department and monitor their progress.
8. Clarify and answer any kind of employee doubts and queries.
9. Equip staff on post-polio campaign monitoring.
10. Performance evaluation of staff either they are eligible for further services or not.
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the National Professional Officer (NPO) – EPI or the Technical Officer – EPI in respective province or area, the district monitor will deliver the below functions:
• Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at district level using WHO tool according to schedule individually or in coordination with district Polio Eradication Officer as advised
• Update the assessment tool findings as instructed
• Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at UC level using WHO tool according to schedule individually or in coordination with PEI staff in as many UC as possible.
• Assist DPEC and DHMT in assigning UC level PEI staff or other available eligible individual to conduct UC level periodic readiness assessment using WHO tool.
• Compile UC level assessment findings in the District dashboard and present to the DPEC and DHMT for review and corrective action.
• Share the filled district dashboard with provincial NPO/TO-EPI and Measles consultant on time.
• Monitor quality of preparatory activities (trainings/orientations, management meetings, ACSM activities, waste management, AEFI management, data management etc.) conducted at district, tehsil and UC level using prescribed tools and share the findings with DPEC, DHMT and Provincial NPO/TO and Measles Consultant.
• Conduct Rapid Convenience Assessment (RCA) using prescribed tool during Measles campaign as per guideline
• Conduct supervision of the measles campaign using observers’ checklist as per guideline
• Coordinate with DPEC and DHMT for recording and follow-up of minutes of meetings held at district level for Measles campaign
• Assist in coordination with DPCR for facilitating smooth field data collection on time and reporting at higher level
• Assist in reviewing monitoring and supervision reports of 1st and 2nd level supervisors, identify inconsistencies and missing data for correction and compile the results and present to the DPEC,
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Master Trainers to provide orientation and training to community, professional teachers, government teachers on related to education project including enrollment, drop out, out of school children, teacher training, SMC/PTC training, distribution of teaching and learning materials, etc.
2. Facilitate Local area supervisors
3. Conduct trainings, support and monitoring visits for Teachers Training and SMC/PTC revitalization and other program activities.
4. Facilitate district education staff and school teachers in all aspects for jointly implement education project.
5. Participate in trainings for developing technical skills.
6. Participate in occasional field research and evaluation projects
7. Coordinate and streamlined an effective communication between education program team members, Logistics and other support staff
Technical Task
I. Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issues
II. Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
III. Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual work plan targets and indicators
IV. Ensure implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plans
V. Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based Enrollment of out of school children plans and strategies
