Manage the arrangements for process review workshops by ensuring the correct people attend and are Aware of their individual responsibilities and the expected outcome of the workshop.  Facilitate process redesign with process groups and produce process maps using MS Visio  Encourage staff at all levels to participate in the identification of process issues  Undertake gap analyses of current and future process maps and document results in order to support process redesign for each system implementation.  Prepare action plans with process owner to ensure changes occur.  Input to project plans, risks and issue logs, and databases.  Provide a range of process review support to Clinical Systems Change and Project Managers  Throughout the lifecycle of each project.  Review and where possible improve administrative procedures and streamline systems.  Work with Change Leads and Project Officers to support the bedding in of new processes.  Support training through process flows and QRG  Support development of test scripts and testing process
