Shift Chemist (Process Engineer)
As a Shift Chemist/Process Engineer at Dadu Sugar Mills I was responsible
*To ensure that the process flow is smooth and is not distributed by any defect in the machines.
*To check laboratory results and minimize the fluctuations immediately.
*To supervise all Process House Sections.
Trainee Process & DCS Engineer
As a Trainee Process Enginrer I secured knowledge how and on which conditions following process equipments works:
Sugar Manufacturing Process
Falling Film Evaporators (FFE’s) and Robert Evaporators
Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE’s), Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers
Vacuum Filters, Defecator, Direct Contact Heaters (RJ & DJ)
Batch Pans, SCPs (Spray Continuous Pans) and Condensers
Batch, Continuous Centrifugals and Dryers
Deep Bed Filters (DBF), Sugar Laboratory Testing and Water Purification Methods.
As a DCS Engineer I was reaponsible to operate and control following process House Equipments:
*SCPs (Spray Continuous Pans)
*FFEs (Falling Film Evaporators)
*Talo Clarifiers
*Deep Bed Filters
Along with I was also responsible to supervise all Process House Sections.
