Uplifting/Relocation of warehouses: After coordination with Branches, make steps to improve the worst conditions of warehouses in the zone along with the regular check on supplies of commodities used from bank to borrowers in place of hard cash. Collect the requisite quotations for supply of commodities like fertilizers, seeds and pesticides from the contractors.
SAM recovery targets along with new loaning for portfolio enhancements.
Deposit Mobilization: To monitor the new sustainable Deposit customers Branch wise, collect deposit mobilization call plan on monthly basis and collect daily call reports on weekly basis and forward to Head Office accordingly.
Maintenance of record/preparation of Statements for Head Office on monthly basis.
