Maintain top-line and bottom-line reports of all districts in coordination with all the DMs and Retail Sales Staff.
Ensure staff strength with human resource department as per the business classification.
Devise Shop-wise/District-wise targets for heritage stores and new stores according to the potential and category-wise business contributions of the store.
Responsible for the implementation of SOPs, systems and controls for the efficient operations of stores.
Coordination with Supply Chain Department and ensure timely replenishment of the stocks to all the district stores.
Receive demands from district(s) and coordinate with the Supply Chain Department for timely demand furnishing.
Maintain stock health and ensure quality inter-transfers. Facilitate DMs in creating optimal stock levels at the store.
Extract reports from MIS for the Sales Head to facilitate business decision making.
Assist Sales in Preparing Annual Operating Plans and Rolling Forecast (Store-wise).
