●       Managing factory targets in production and planning department, liaison with these departments in order to fulfill the capacity and to produce quality product within timelines.
●       Reviewing production plan to manage the capacities and efficiently utilizing the resources for production.
●       Organize and approve all labor and costing annually and reporting to measure all labor performance. Analyze all product costs and reducing all negative variance and prepare strategies to reduce labor and wastage in all engineering projects as well as in production.
●       Development of Industrial Engineering department to design business plans and devising strategies to minimize overheads for employees & products and preparing required reports on weekly and monthly basis with production management.
●       Maintain and update SOPs for manufacturing processes and design processes for maximum output & monitoring productivity and ensure compliance to safety standards.
●       Evaluate and perform failure analysis on variances for all planned and actual results for industrial processes and maintaining record of results ensuring integrity of processes.
●       Supervise reporting processes on everyday basis and manage everyday activities and ensure adherence to all fiscal budgets and prepare strategic models.
●       Progress monitoring on new factory layout design, Implementation of 5s at floor, Lean tools, Kaizen for proposed production facility, Training of resources for improved working, identifying space utilization and its effective use.
●       Developing of skill matrices for workers in order to improve productivity and assigning jobs with respect to skill level to minimize turnover of employees.

●   Leading the production, PPC, IE, R&D, Raw material Store, & Quality departments of factory.  
●   Monitoring whole production from raw material to packing involving each and every production matters.
●   Integrate and ensure overall smooth functioning of all segments at the plant facility.
●   Ensures and monitor close liaison with head office to achieve the objectives of best quality products and system.
●   Meeting with QC and Planning, Production, Store, Purchase, VD, R&D department
●   Implementation of ISO 9001-2015 system.
●   Discussion with all stakeholders about production, absenteeism, efficiency and rejection.
●   Working to improve the production through training of workers, automation and designing layout implementation of IE principles in the factory. Improving working conditions and meeting production targets.

●       Establishment of standard job times through work measurement tools and improving methodologies.
●       Line performance analysis (efficiency, target achievements) and plan for continuous improvement and improved production targets.
●       Meeting with other team members (like Production, planning, R&D) to work on factory targets and achievements.
●       Conducting PP meeting for better product understanding and process involved in production of particular product.
●       Operation wise Piece rate & quota Setting for production floor.
●       Identification and elimination of production related bottlenecks improving productivity and quality of product.
●       To design layouts in consultation with the relevant stakeholders i.e. (Production, Quality, etc. with emphasis on optimal utilization of space)
●       Making training plan for the newly hired workers for understanding norms of IE implemented and factory achievements and expectancy from team.
●       Improving production line capacity through Lean innovation and techniques.
●       Sound working experience world-renowned Brands (FILA, BUTTERFLY, JOOLA, STIGA, CLIFF KEAN, KOWN, KAPPA, UHL SPORTS etc.)

●       To Carry out time study at floor for different products being produced.
●       Making operation breakdown for different styles and targeting production team to complete them within respected calculations.
●       Layout improvements in different sections for improvement of layout and production.
●       Skill matrix development in stitching lines for workers.
●       Work study and method control by keeping in view the best possible ergonomics.
●       Working experience with renowned Brands (Nike, Reebok, Converse, Adidas, True Religion Brands).
