I had done my graduation with the degree of BS in the subject of economics. During that time period, apart from study time. i was doing my part time job as a CSR in the Outbound Call Center which is J.telemarketing for almost a year. and after the completion of my degree i had started my new job at the abacus consulting company as a customer Care Officer and i worked over there for almost two years. In that company we do receives the call from the customer and resolves their issues as per company's guidelines or policies. actually that project was running by the third party partnership so the reason of separation from that company is the project was took over by the company itself which is telenor microfinance bank. and after the separation of abacus consulting i have started my new contractual job at the branch-less banking of telenor microfinance bank.
