I was working with cyber system for a New York based limousine company known as Sunnys Worldwide. We used to provide transport services to our high profile clients mainly in Manhattan but in all boroughs of New York City. My responsibility there was to take care of the reservations, making sure that chauffeur is always on time and the overall ride is smooth and up to the mark. Due to pandemic, the operations have come to a halt. All employees were advised to stay at home and be safe.

I worked in Mindbridge from September 2018 till Feb 2020 as a Customer Support Representative for Uber (South Africa, Kenya and Ghana) in SSA Voice (Driver and Rider side) supporting the riders and drivers of the said region round the clock. We used to provide excellent customer services up to the clients expectations solving their issues and queries instantly over the call.
