Prepare and Manage Organization Employee Strength.
Prepare CTC (cost to company).
Prepare Turnover Analysis.
Prepare and maintain monthly recruitments / leaves, and continuously update in master PMIS.
Prepare all official letters using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain job descriptions of all positions.
Keeping record of all employees and ensure that all documents are controlled and organized in a proper manner.
Properly handling employee’s complaints and grievances try to resolve them amicably.
Prepare and maintain HR policies, and perks list and update the same in case of any changes from higher management.
Dealing with employees group health insurance related matter- claims, family members’ additions / deletions etc.
Checking of monthly earned amount on files.
Prepare monthly EOBI & PESSI sheets.
Prepare full & final settlements.
Prepare Master List of employees.
Earned leaves encashment list (Staff & Workers).
Prepare PPT Presentation.
