 Lead security team and take appropriate decisions in physical access control and design protocol implementation in line with industry established practices and government regulations.

 Lead shift of guard force of my shift ensuring all vulnerable points are manned to allow only authorized entry

 Monitor the compliance on hospital policies i.e. restricted items and visitor policy by guard force and deal with the difficult and argumentative people politely but firmly reaching the specific point

 Patrol the building and keep an eye on all activities within the premise of hospital and keep in touch with the control room on wireless
 Monitor CCTV Cameras in control room and dispatch security personnel where any unusual movement is observed or an untoward incident related to safety and security is occurred
 Patients, and visitors should put on their relevant card,
 Ensure all access point RFIDs are serviceable and report any fault for rectification,
 Perform duties at inpatient, control attendant and act in accordance with visitor policy
 Ensure implementation of policies of hospital and report all violations by continuous patrolling of facility and observation of naked eye and surveillance systems
 Help security officer in finding fact in cases related to fire safety and security and put up reports
 Respond immediately in case of any emergency situation along the security and safety equipment
 Search any suspicious person in case of source report 

 Entry point duties that including identifying, searching and scanning and control entry and egress
 Scanning of luggage and parcel before allowing access to technical area of the base.

 Handle service prisoner in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulation and shift them central jails on when and where basis
 Conduct surprise check for checking discipline of staff and ensure compliance with rules of service
 Monitor CCTV surveillance cameras and report to security officer security & safety related incidents
 Deploy security personnel at the place of suspicious activity and report it to crisis control cell
 Seek security clearance from local agencies for outgoing vehicles for any traffic jam, procession ect. and report all activities to immediate supervisor
 Make all incident reports and keep supervisor aware of all development of security and safety related issues
 Assist security officer in preparing audit report, offender statements, and conduct of investigations
 Condon off crime scene and incident involving MT vehicle accidents, fire incident, and other incidents.
 Conduct surprise checks of MT vehicle, personnel discipline and searching of suspicious employees on the instruction of Commanding Officer.
