I am doing medical billing software project with Implementation of medifusion and EHR. Basically our project lies on patient visit record that we provide full details of patient record. Patient can book appointment for respect to concerned provider and then it's record keep in our software. So user can see each visits and record of previous appointment. In EHR provider can create Clinical notes for each patient bases on patient treatment. We have provide CPT for each ICD for provider and patient.
