I have fourteen years of working experience in the development sector in various positions with multiple tasks and responsibilities. Currently, I am working with the United Nations Capital Development Fund-UNCDF as Field Associate. Previously I worked with National Disaster Management Authority as Deputy Director of Research. Previously, I worked with the Ministry of Human Rights as a Project Manager/Deputy Director for the Newly Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Previously I have worked with the Local Government, Elections and Rural Development Department GoKP as Assistant Director of Monitoring and Evaluation and worked in the Policy Implementation Unit Government of KP Local Government, Elections and Rural Development Department project funded by the European Union Community Driven Local Development-CDLD as Monitoring Officer BPS-17. Previously I worked with KP Social Welfare Department as Rehabilitation Officer-BS 17 in ADP Project. I have worked with Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan as Manager Orphan Care (Orphan Family Support Program) KP region. My primary responsibilities are project management, planning and development, monitoring activities, cash disbursement, and supervising a staff of fifty-four. I have worked with SRSP as Professional Affiliate-Livelihoods in Swat. I worked with the FRD-UNWFP project as a Livelihoods Officer at Kurram Agency from July 2014 until June 2015. I have worked with Save the Children as a Food Security and Livelihoods Officer in Peshawar on a livelihood project for IDPs of Barra and Khyber agency from September 2013 until June 2014 the main responsibilities were enhancing their Livelihoods through capacity-building training, enterprise development, and a conditional cash grant. From January 2013 until June 2013 I worked with Action Against Hunger International (ACF International-USA) as Food Security Livelihoods Field Officer my key responsibilities were the implementation of FSL Modalities including conditional cash grants, cash for work, livestock distribution, field monitoring, distribution management and distribution of fresh food and cash vouchers. From January 2011 until January 2013, I worked with the Alkhidmat Foundation as a Program Officer, where my key responsibilities were to monitor the project activities, proposal development, and coordination.br br My qualifications, courses, and experience are related to the social/humanitarian sector. My directorate degree in the field of Rural development is in progress. I have completed my MPhil and Masters degrees in the field of Agricultural Rural Development as well as a Masters degree in Social Work. Through the Pakistan Red Crescent Society, I have completed the courses Introduction to Disaster and Risk Management and First Aid in Emergencies.
