• Provide strategic vision and leadership to the Project Team, Conduct review meetings with District Stake holders and partners.
• Participate in all strategic planning meetings, activities & Facilitate exchange of information and experiences.
• Establish and maintain good working relations with external agencies and local partner & local government offices, and all stakeholders in the respective geographic areas.

Job Description
• Plan/implement the eye camps in communities, schools and other institutions in Pakistan and AJK.
• Manage all the logistics required for conducting eye camps and keep all records for program evaluation.
• Coordination with government schools and line departments for organizing the eye screening camps.
• Establish referral mechanisms with partner working on eye health care for the referral of critical cases.
• Monitoring and evaluation of eye camps with close collaboration of MEAL team and the partners.
• Supervision of low vision department and training of patient about usage of gadget & low visions aids.
• Eye surgical camping and school screening camps in different communities, cities and provinces.
• Consulting and performing refraction and diagnostic procedure.
