Senior Regional Engineering Supervisor
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements as required.
• Conduct Quarterly H&S audits (AseessNET) to ensure that the specified standard of work is maintained and all site logs and documentation are kept up to date
• Assist with contractor management and H&S compliance
• Assist with the effective use and upkeep of designated site documentation (ICE) working in conjunction with nominated H&S representative ensuring all legal and statutory obligations are met.
• Responding appropriately to client emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
• Establish positive working relationships with client Manage in-house union operating engineers of multiple skills including building engineers, electricians, painters, door specialist, HVAC technicians, and carpenters

• Deliver weekly tool box talk to all staff
• To ensure PPMs and reactive work orders completed within SLA
• Management of the regional engineering teams ensuring full utilisation of all resource including call out rotas, holidays and sickness.
• Weekly P&L review
• Assist in identifying potential cost savings
• To assist in providing information to be included in the monthly reporting KPIs
• Business continuity plans.
• Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily
• Management of all Hard and Soft Contracted Services
• Attend regular contractor meetings and
HVAC Engineering
Maintenance and modifications to panels controlling building HVAC equipment
First line maintenance and fault finding on all controlled systems
Routine maintenance and testing for boilers, AHU’s, Pumps, Motors, Emergency lighting, Legionella, UPS, Generator Test, Fire Alarms and Lift Alarms.
Planned and preventative maintenance routines and maintenance of standby generators
Central heating and air conditioning systems with their associated electronic controls
Technical fault - finding and repairs
Senior A/C Technician
Responsible for commissioning, break down, start-up and fault finding on all type on Air condition systems.
