Manage inventory and dispatches from Lahore and Karachi Warehouse. Monitor all logistic activities from Karachi and as well from Lahore all over Pakistan. Time management with costs affective management. Compile all HSE activities in both warehouses.

• To actively participate in the daily planning of warehousing & distribution activities. Understand and apply the Vision & Mission statement to overall longer-term strategy, and manage the operations in line with in order to achieve all objectives of the Business Operating Plan.
• Develop all levels in the distribution Supply Chain process (including use of third parties) in terms of cost and service levels to increase operational efficiency.
• Interact & support major Stock Loss Activities and campaigns with the supervisors and ensure that all KPIs are exceeded & the reporting thereof are relevant, timeouts & accurate. Such KPIs will result in continuous improvement in productivity, quality and service levels.
• Ensure the optimal usage of systems & technology in order to enhance operational efficiencies, incorporating the demands of ongoing business process requirements.
• Co-operating with all relevant departments in the company in order to achieve inter-dependent and mutually beneficial internal relationships. Setting up internal meetings/committees as necessary in order to achieve and drive the efficiency of internal co-dependencies.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Implement the company’s strategic plan as well as contribute to and be involved in the evaluation and analysis of the business objectives.

• Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse. Managing a team of up to 29 employees within the warehouse. Coordinating racking and storing.
• Maintaining high standards of materials handling.
• Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability. Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively. Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations. Using automated computer systems to monitor stock control. Implementing new projects.
• Producing incident and performance reports for senior managers. Making sure that all freight receipts and deliveries are carried out in time. Scheduling work & rotes to meet fluctuations in staffing levels & workloads. Leading, motivating, training and developing staff.
• Visiting clients to monitor the quality of service they are receiving. Updating & maintaining computerized & paper based administrative records. Responsible for the disciplinary & grievance procedures.
