As Manager Quality Control & Certifications my job responsibilities are as fallow,
1. Managing the whole quality control practices of the company.
2. Ensuring Good manufacturing practices of the company.
3. Supervising the whole production and processing of the company.
4. Internal Quality auditing.
5. Hiring and firing of workers and supporting staffs.
6. Arranging external audits by auditing bodies.
7. Communication with producers, suppliers and other relevant bodies of the company.
8. Handling Non conformance and customer complains.
9. Making corrective action on non conformance and customer complains.
10. R&D in food quality.

As research Associate of the mentioned project my responsibilities are as follow,
1. Conducting surveys for data collection.
2. Supervising the survey process.
3. Arranging training and workshops.
4. Lab analysis
5. Writing Research Articles
