Job Description Daily basis KPI’s/Stats monitoring. Using Spectrum analyzer to investigate network interference. Identifying Intra/Inter cell Handover Failures and missing neighbor issues. Resolve customer complaints regarding poor signal strengths, bad quality and blocking. SSV of Newly integrated sites. (Tx Power, CQI & SQI). Drive Testing using TEMS & NEMO Outdoor. Issue based Drive Test for observing and resolving issues in required area of interest. HSDPA, HSUPA, EDGE & GPRS Testing using TEMS. Responsible for confirmation of Physical RF Design like Antenna Height, Tilts, Azimuths etc. and propose the changes if necessary. Post and Pre-processing of the drive test logs highlighting the issues present and to give the best possible solution for resolving the problem. Reporting, Analyzing and troubleshooting.
