- Managing all Imports/Export of the Company
- Must Coordinate with Banks on daily basis and fulfill requirements.
- Make sure all requirements are filled for opening & retiring LCs
- Making Quotation, invoices and Sales Purchase entries in a specific software.
- Planning delivery timetables,
- Well versed with Weboc/PSW requirements
- Must understand duty structure and JD filing
- Must understand Shipment documents and BL etc.
- Must be able to generate costing of each shipment
- Well versed with Import terms Like SIGHT LC, Usance, CAD, DP Sight, DP DA.
- Must be able to write professional emails to supplier & customers ,letters to bank & others, import documentation, retiring, etc.
- Overseeing arrival of shipment.
