We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team to work directly with our clients, team members, and partners to make the most of their HubSpot account, providing them with strategic recommendations in relation to HubSpot configuration and functionality. The goal of the CRM Specialist is to facilitate the use of the HubSpot platform for our clients. You will be playing the role of an SME to review, advise, configure and implement the platform as the client requires.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy and be the main point of contact for HubSpot implementation projects and provide strategic consultancy in relation to the best use of HubSpot for our clients.
- Strategic setup and configuration of the HubSpot platform.
- Map and build customized reports and dashboards.
- Build and set up workflows (automated processes) and standards or • Migrating entering data into the CRM.
- Work with sales, marketing, and service teams to map and build their processes.
- Rolling out proposed solutions within HubSpot and setup/optimization of HubSpot CRM and integrated systems for clients.
- Being the lead on complex technology configuration projects and mentoring and coaching junior team members on what to implement/configure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
- Experience configuring HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub (experience in all areas is not essential)
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
- Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built.
- Understanding of how to structure the “Design Tools” files, folders, and designed modules.
- Experience reading, understanding, and compiling technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications, etc.).
