Pinnacle is hiring agents for its Spectrum Campaign. People who have experience working as a call center agent for Spectrum or another internet/cable/TV/phone service provider based in the USA are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
-Excellent English communication skills.
-The candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Data Entry.
-It is 5 days a week job with Saturday and Sunday off.
-Negotiations skills & positive attitude.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
Must have 1-year experience in Spectrum or other Satellite/Cable/Internet service provider campaign.
Timings:
Night shift according to USA timings.
