About this role:

We are looking for a well-organized, self-starter who can determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects.
You will be involved throughout the development stages, and be present on-site during the build to oversee procedures.
The right candidate should be able to analyze data, write reports and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
The planning Engineer works closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.

What you’ll do:

Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers, and other professionals.
Organizing the transportation of materials.
Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.

What you’ll need:

B.S /B-Tech / D.A.E Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-rise commercial or residential building construction projects.
Experience with 3D modeling software/Auto CAD.
Planning and project management skills.
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
A sound understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
