- Candidate must be from Ex-Armed Forces.
- Must be perform their duties as Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in Administration & Security department.
- Civil repair & maintenance
- Event management.
- Deals issues related to safety & hygiene for this purpose and suggest management on continual improvement in consultation with HSE Executive
- Supervision of contractors and ensuring timely signing / renewal of service / labor agreements.
- Manage all communication means at site.
- Liaison with local Govt. Departments (EOBI, SS, LABOR DEPT, Police, Local Administration etc.)
- Responsible to manage day to day labor issues and coordinate with CBA for amicable solution and take necessary action for maintain peaceful labor relations and to create harmony in working environment.
- Responsible for executive vehicles repair & maintenance and bills processes.
- Liaison with legal department [internal & external] to handle litigation in all type of court cases.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
- Review reports on incidents and breaches
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Create reports for management on security status
- Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
