- Carries out Regular Quality Check to Ensure Conformity With Standards.
- Prepare Daily Inspections Report.
- Hourly Basis line Inspection.
- Root Cause Analysis of Defected Parts & Providing counter measures.
- Jig/ fixture preparation
- Ensure Product quality & Defect free supply to Customer
- Data Analysis of Customer/ In house complain
- Use of SPC Techniques to monitor / control Production quality
- Periodic Calibration of lab equipment & Record keeping
- Prepare & Present Weekly / Monthly Quality Report
- Testing of Product as per Customer need requirement
- Ensure implementation of QMS Procedures
- Internal Quality Audit
- Preparation of check list for Product & Testing Procedures SOP, WI, Formats etc.
- Implementation of KAIZEN/ 5 S
- Assist Dept. head in Continuous improvement
- Training of Co staff Team members
- Customer / Vendor visit
- Ensure efficient housekeeping, Maintain discipline
- Liaising amongst different department and complete any other task(s) assigned by Management
- Document & present new ideas with confidence to management pertaining to any innovative ideas that night benefit the Organization
