Responsible for all alerts and make sure to watch each and everything on day to day basis.

Handling of all Chowkidars and Security Staff and sign the handing/taking over on day to day basis duty charge.

For any emergency measures In-charge must inform to admin officer/or manager.

Checking of all search lights, company lights and safety measures surrounding the company.

Responsible to facilitate in case of fire within the factory premises.

Record keeping of all riders/outdoor staff and share the desired data with Admin Officer on monthly basis.

Record keeping of all offices keys and its daily record along with duplicate keys on day to day basis.

Make sure no any outsider/visitor will allow to enter in factory premises without identification.

Checking of physical attendance of all company staff both regular attendance and late arrivals.

Submit weekly reports of short leave, gate out passes and half day report of company staff.
